The combination of stylink’s influencer community and its strong business model, working with merchants on a CPA basis and paying influencers a CPC, we have seen tremendous growth. Our target groups consist of influencers from all genders, but with a majority of them being between the ages of 18 and 35, identifying as female, and showing a great interest in creating and sharing fashion and lifestyle content online. And on the other side, our research shows that their followers, who are mostly female, between the ages of 16 and 40, are looking to establish a strong connection with the influencers and value authentic content. A catalogue of our partner shops can be seen on the Linkmaker-page, where the newest shops and those with the highest CPCs are placed at the top. The CPC assigned depends on the agreed-upon CPA. The theory behind shop placement is that users are attracted to new or higher CPCs, increasing the users interest in creating more links and sharing those shops with their followers, which results in more clicks and sales. Our influencers can organically promote our partner brands by linking the items and sharing them with their followers. The steps are easy and straightforward: the influencer selects the partner shop from the Linkmaker page; after being redirected to their shop of choice, they copy the product URL from the shop’s website. From here, they have two options, return to their stylink linkmaker page to create an affiliate link or send their product link to our WhatsApp linkmaker. The last step is to share their newly created ‘stylink’ with their followers on Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and blogs as they wish. The whole concept of stylink’s operation begins when a partner shop agrees to pay a CPA for every conversion. Stylink then pays influencers on an individually calculated CPC, and the influencers organically recommend products to their followers via different platforms. We employ different strategies to keep our influencers engaged and up to date with our partner shops by organizing weekly campaigns, promoting a shop of the week, sending newsletters, and posting website banners.
