Answer:
DealMaker Australia is a networking event for Advertisers and Publishers in the Rakuten Advertising Network. Meetings focus on driving sales for Advertisers and commissions for Publishers. It’s also an opportunity to learn about the Rakuten Advertising Network and the performance marketing industry overall.

Question: Why am I having trouble registering online?

Answer:
Admission is limited to Rakuten Advertising clients, partners, and invited guests. To confirm your invitation status, please verify your name and email. Occasionally, our records may be outdated. If you’ve received an invitation but are having trouble registering, contact events@rakuten.com so we can update your information.

Question: How can I invite my colleague or partner to Rakuten Advertising DealMaker Australia?

Answer:
If you know a colleague or valued partner who would benefit from attending, please send their name and contact information to events@rakuten.com.

Question: How can I invite an industry friend to Rakuten Advertising DealMaker Australia?

Answer:
Rakuten Advertising publishers are eligible for one additional complimentary ticket for an eligible “plus one.” This includes advertiser contacts who are not currently on the Rakuten affiliate network.

Question: What is the registration cancellation policy?

Answer:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing before Friday, 25 July 2025. No refunds or substitutions are available after this date. We recommend transferring your pass to a coworker before the deadline. If a complimentary pass holder does not check in, transfer, or cancel, a $50 no-show fee will apply. Submit changes via email to events@rakuten.com.

Answer:
