*Please note:

All issued sponsorship contracts must be signed within 7 business days after receipt, otherwise, the package will be passed along to the next interested party.
Some sponsorship payments will require a split payment between Rakuten Advertising and the activation vendor, in which case details will be specified into the sponsorship contracts
Session times are not yet finalised and are subject to change until the final agenda is released
Sponsorships must be paid via credit card. All prices are exclusive of VAT
All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to applicable tax based on sponsoring company's location.

- The Boardroom is located in the main area of the event space and provides the most branding opportunity and privacy to the sponsor
- Sponsor may access room to setup in the morning and may choose to bring decor, branding, giveaways etc.

Grab our attendees’ attention by sponsoring a fun activation during the event. We offer a wide range of opportunities that will help you stand out from the crowd. As well as being a memorable activity, activation stands can be branded, ensuring your company has maximum visibility. The costs will be dependent on the chosen activation, and Rakuten Advertising will handle all pre-event logistics for you!
