Take a virtual tour of the PartnerSpace room - King George III!

Get your brand front of center of our event by hosting a PartnerSpace table: your dedicated branded space to showcase your services and engage with advertisers. This session gives attendees the opportunity to network with current and future business partners,  browse our exhibition space and learn more about top publishers in our network.

We’ll provide...

• Your PartnerSpace table will be a standard 
• 6ft (180 x 76 x 76 cm) table located in the PartnerSpace room.  Each table will have two chairs. 

You should bring...

• A pull up banner / large backdrop limited to the footprint of the table.
• A custom branded table cloth, if you'd like.
• Any swag you may want to give away on the day. We suggest 100-150 qty.
• Please contact Kayla Maley for assistance with approvals and coordination of:
  • An idea that involves food or outside vendors
  • A special request for A/V equipment

Item Delivery & Setup

Set Up: Wednesday, 13 March between the hours of 7:00 and 8:00

It is best to courier or carry items to the event morning of. The Brewery has extremely limited storage space and can only receive items up to 2 days prior to the event.

If you need to ship something, please arrange for items to arrive between Monday, 11 March and Tuesday, 12 March to avoid incurring added fees. 

Please use the shipping label below on all sides of all boxes sent to the event venue that contain items for your PartnerSpace Table.

*Must be completed & attached to ALL items being delivered to the venue!

Table Breakdown & Item Removal

Breakdown: PartnerSpace table access will conclude at 17:00. All tables must be broken down at that time.

It is the responsibility of the sponsor to package, label and coordinate outbound shipping of any materials. All items must be removed on the day as we have to leave the venue by 17:00.
