Login to the networking community and set up your company profile (you should have received an email from Brella to setup your company profile)

Download and fill out sponsor shipping label (Place on all sides of incoming shipments)

Ship/courier materials to arrive at the venue up to 2 days before the event or bring in hand with you morning of

PartnerSpace Sponsor

This session gives attendees the opportunity to network with current and future business partners,  browse our exhibition space and learn more about top publishers in our network.

Date: Wednesday, 19th March
PartnerSpace Table Availability Hours: 10:00 - 17:00
PartnerSpace Session Hours: 12:30 - 15:30

We’ll provide...

  • Your PartnerSpace table will be a standard 
  • 6ft (180 x 76 x 76 cm) table located in the PartnerSpace room
  • Each table will have two chairs.
  • Please contact Kayla Maley for assistance with approvals and coordination of:
    • An idea that involves food or outside vendors
    • A special request for A/V equipment

 

You should bring...

  • A pull up banner / large backdrop limited to the footprint of the table.
  • A custom branded table cloth, if you'd like.
  • Any swag you may want to give away on the day. We suggest 100-150 qty.
  • Please refer to the shipping tab for information on sending packages to the venue 

Set Up: Wednesday, 19 March, between the hours of 7:00 and 8:00

 

Breakdown: PartnerSpace table access will conclude at 17:00. All tables must be broken down at that time.

It is the responsibility of the sponsor to package, label and coordinate outbound shipping of any materials.  All items must be removed on the day as we have to leave the venue by 17:00.

It is best to courier or carry items to the event morning of. The Brewery has extremely limited storage space and can only receive items up to 2 days prior to the event.

If you need to ship something, please arrange for items to arrive between Monday, 17 March and Tuesday, 18 March to avoid incurring added fees. 

Please use the shipping label below on all sides of ALL boxes sent to the event venue that contain items for your PartnerSpace Table.
