CONFERENCE FEES & POLICIES

Thank you for your interest in attending this event! Please take a moment to review the following important information before you begin the registration process.

Online pre-registration is required to attend all Rakuten Advertising DealMaker events. You will receive an email confirmation upon registration that will indicate the events to which you have access.

Admission to all Rakuten Advertising DealMaker Europe 2026 events is exclusive to Rakuten Advertising clients, partners and invited guests*. Online registration will close once the event reaches capacity, which it will. Be sure to register ahead of time!


Conference Fees and Passes

Rakuten Advertising DealMaker Europe 2026 conference will take place on Wednesday, 25th March, 2026. The early bird ticket price is £465 GBP plus VAT until 1st February 2026 at 11:59 pm on the 2nd of February the ticket price will increase to £580 per person plus VAT. Passes include access to huddle room networking, keynote sessions, luncheon, strategy sessions, product demos, the Golden Link Awards and after party on Wednesday, 25th March. On-site registration will be subject to approval and a £580 plus VAT per person fee.

Complimentary Pass Details

  • Advertiser: Rakuten Advertising advertisers have the opportunity to redeem 1 complimentary pass per affiliate MID, with a maximum of 3 passes per company.
  • Agency: Agency Partners: Rakuten Advertising agency partners have the opportunity to redeem 1 complimentary pass per for preferred and 2 for platinum per company.
  • Preferred Partner: Rakuten Advertising preferred partners have the opportunity to redeem 1 complimentary pass per company.

All complimentary passes must be redeemed by Friday, 27th February 2026These special passes apply to the DealMaker Europe conference only. Passes are non-transferable. Contact your Rakuten Advertising Representative or email events@rakuten.com for guidelines about redeeming complimentary passes.

Badge Pickup Requirements

Please be prepared to show a photo ID and business card to pick up your conference name badge at all Rakuten Advertising DealMaker events (identification will be verified). Rakuten Advertising reserves the right to deny admittance to anyone who has registered under false pretenses (i.e. Companies or Attendee names which do not exist) and to retain the conference registration fee for these registrations. Conference attendees will be required to wear conference name badges at all times.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for Rakuten Advertising DealMaker Europe must be submitted in writing prior to Friday, 27th February 2026. Refunds are not available after this date, nor are name substitutions. If you cannot attend, we recommend you transfer your pass to a co-worker prior to the 27th of February deadline. If a person registers using a complimentary pass, but does not check in onsite, transfer, or cancel the registration, the person will be charged a £350 no-show fee to help off-set costs incurred by Rakuten Advertising. No refunds will be applied. All cancellation or name change requests must be submitted via email to events@rakuten.com.


Marketing Release

By submitting your registration information, you grant Rakuten Advertising the right to (a) record your likeness in any manner, including still photography, film or videotape (recorded material); edit at its discretion such recorded material; and use such recorded material for any purpose, commercial or otherwise; and (b) make your job title and company name provided to Rakuten Advertising upon registration available to certain key sponsors of Rakuten Advertising DealMaker Europe 2026.

*Rakuten Advertising reserves the right to revoke tickets obtained by publishers that have been terminated from the network.  Any amounts paid will be refunded to the publisher.  Sponsorships are limited to network participants in good standing.
