CONFERENCE FEES & POLICIES

Thank you for your interest in attending Rakuten Advertising Partner Up+ Munich. Please take a moment to review the following important information before you begin the registration process. Online pre-registration is required to attend all Rakuten Advertising events. You will receive an email confirmation upon registration that will indicate the events to which you have access. Admission to all Partner Up + Munich is exclusive to Rakuten Advertising advertisers, publishers and invited guests.* Online registration will close once the event reaches capacity. Be sure to register ahead of time.

 

Conference Fees and Passes

Rakuten Advertising Partner Up+ Munich conference will take place on Thursday, 23rd of March 2023. The conference registration is €50 per person. Passes include access to Huddle Room Networking, Sessions, Roundtables (based on availability), the Evening Networking. On-site registration will be subject to a €50 fee. Rakuten Advertising advertisers and publishers can redeem complimentary passes depending on client type before Friday, 10th of March 2023.

 

Complimentary Pass Guidelines

  • Complete, Advisory & Accelerate Affiliate Advertisers: Rakuten Advertising Complete, Advisory & Accelerate affiliate advertisers can redeem 2 free tickets to the event (unique to contact)
  • Platinum Publishers: Rakuten Advertising Platinum publishers can redeem 2 free tickets to the event (unique to contact).
  • Agencies: Rakuten Advertising agencies in the Preferred Agency Program can redeem 2 free tickets per agency (unique to contact) and 1 free ticket for each of their clients (please reach out to events@rakuten.com for more details).

 

All complimentary passes must be redeemed by Friday, 10th of March 2023. These special passes apply to the Partner Up+ Munich conference only. Passes are non-transferable. Contact your Rakuten Advertising representative or email events@rakuten.com with your MID/SID for guidelines about redeeming complimentary passes. If you are unsure about the status of your registration, please contact our events team at events@rakuten.com.

 

Badge Pickup Requirements

Please be prepared to show a photo ID and business card to pick up your conference name badge at all Rakuten Advertising Partner Up + events (identification will be verified). Rakuten Advertising reserves the right to deny admittance to anyone who has registered under false pretences (i.e. Companies or Attendee names which do not exist) and to retain the conference registration fee for these registrations. Conference attendees will be required to wear conference name badges at all times.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for Rakuten Advertising Partner Up+ Munich must be submitted in writing prior to Friday, 10th of March 2023. Refunds are not available after this date, nor are name substitutions. If you are unable to attend, we recommend you transfer your pass to a co-worker prior to the 10th of March deadline. If a person registers using a complimentary pass, but does not check in onsite, transfer, or cancel the registration, the person will be charged a €50 no-show fee to help off-set costs incurred by Rakuten Advertising. No refunds will be applied. All cancellation or name change requests must be submitted via email to events@rakuten.com.

 

Marketing Release

By submitting your registration information, you grant Rakuten Advertising the right to (a) record your likeness in any manner, including still photography, film or videotape (recorded material); edit at its discretion such recorded material; and use such recorded material for any purpose, commercial or otherwise; and (b) make your name and physical mailing address provided to Rakuten Advertising upon registration available to certain key sponsors of Rakuten Advertising PartnerUp+ 2023.

 

*Rakuten Advertising reserves the right to revoke tickets obtained by publishers that have been terminated from the network.  Any amounts paid will be refunded to the publisher.  Sponsorships are limited to network participants in good standing.
