Our DealSpace session gives attendees the opportunity to network with current and future business partners. Browse our exhibition space and learn more about top brands and publishers, from fashion, luxury and beauty retailers to voucher, cash back and social shopping sites.
DealSpace Hours:
Wednesday, October 11th 10:00AM - 1:30PM and 4:00PM - 05:30PM during cocktail reception
We’ll provide...
- A table & standard 6ft table with a white table cloth and 2 chairs located in the main content/DealSpace room
You should bring...
- A pull up banner / large backdrop limited to the footprint of the table
- Any swag you may want to give away on the day. We suggest 40-50 qty.
- Please contact kayla.maley@rakuten.com for assistance with approvals and coordination of:
- An idea that involves food or outside vendors
- A special request for A/V equipment
Item Delivery & Setup
Set Up: Wednesday, October 11th between the hours of 10:00AM and 12:00PM (DealSpace tables will be available for booking meetings at during the noted time slots above)
You have the option to deliver your items via courier or mail to Omni King Edward Hotel between the 6th and 10th of October. Alternatively, you can bring in hand on the 11th.
*Must be completed & attached to ALL items being delivered to the venue!
Table Breakdown & Item Removal
Breakdown: DealSpace will conclude at 5:30pm. All tables must be broken down at that time.
It is the responsibility of the sponsor to package, label and coordinate outbound shipping of any materials.
