What is Partner Palooza?

Our Partner Palooza session (formerly DealSpace) gives attendees the opportunity to network with current and future business partners. Browse our exhibition space and learn more about top brands and publishers, from fashion, luxury and beauty retailers to voucher, cash back and social shopping sites.

A table & standard black table cloth but please feel free to bring your own branded one

You should bring...

It is recommended you bring:

  • A pull up banner / large backdrop limited to the footprint of the table
  • Any swag you may want to give away on the day. We suggest 50-100 qty.
  • In the case you are in need of a vendor recommendation for a pull-up banner, Officeworks provides a good value and offers fairly quick turnaround times.
  • If have a special request for A/V equipment or power please contact kayla.maley@rakuten.com directly to coordinate.

Table Set-up and Breakdown

Item Delivery & Setup

You have the option to deliver your items via courier or mail to Luna Park on 8th or 9th of August. Couriered items will need to be delivered to the loading dock between the hours of 7am and 230pm. Alternatively, you can bring in hand on the 10th.

Please complete and submit this form for all items you are shipping to the venue and email to kayla.maley@rakuten.com. This is very important as without this information we cannot guarantee our ability to locate your items onsite.

Table Breakdown & Item Removal

Partner Palooza will conclude at 5pm. All tables must be broken down by 9pm the same evening.

You may choose between the following options for return transport of your items:

  • Schedule a courier for item pickup at the Luna Park loading dock on Friday, 11 August (day after event) between the hours of 7am and 2:30pm;
  • Have a courier meet you by car onsite at the "main gate" to collect your items on the evening of the event prior to 9pm;
  • Have a courier meet you by foot onsite in the Crystal Palace;
  • Take your boxes home with you in hand

INCOMING SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

*Must be completed & attached to ALL items being delivered to the venue!

Items delivered will either be at your table or at the loading dock for you to retrieve upon arrival.

OUTBOUND SHIPPING & ITEM PICKUP

*Must be completed & attached to ALL items being sent back from the venue!

*Please note: All outgoing items must be packaged/boxed and labeled.

LOADING DOCK INFORMATION

The loading dock hours of operation is between 7:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Access to the Loading Dock is via the Car Park entrance, entry to the car park is via Dind Street, turning left onto Northcliff Street, Milsons Point.

Please note height restriction via Car Park is 1.9m.

At the car park entrance, please use the black intercom button to call Luna Park Security.

Request for the loading dock roller shutter to be opened.

Take a ticket in order to raise the boom gate and drive through.

Drive down the ramp and there is a grey roller door on the right-hand side, which Security will be raising.

Please note if you get to where cars are parked, you’ve gone too far

There is a maximum 15-minute delivery time in the Loading Dock.
